| The relay is automatic switch element with isolation function, widely used in military and other sector of the national economy, is one of the basic elements of sophisticated national defense technology, advanced industrial and civilian equipment. As the electromagnetic environment in the increasingly complex relay, electromagnetic compatibility becomes an important aspect in the relay reliability.Users of existing external uniform magnetic field is 60 m T, hope to know the external magnetic field influence on product assembly, interference of the magnetic holding relay and the degree of relevant laws, in order to avoid the emergency of the relay, electric parameters such as turning abnormal fault. Undergraduate is above based on customer demand, according to an aerospace research system user needs to design the company level project.The main research contents includes four parts:Firstly, the theory analysis of the mechanism of uniform magnetic field effects on the magnetic latching relay. Magnetic latching relay is seletcted as the research object, explains its characteristcs, to establish the mathematical model of the magnetic field interference. Then from the relay action principle and uniform magnetic field interference role, verify the simulation feasibility analysis is correct. Keep the principle of internal magnetic field and armature relay holding torque are consistent, the armature keep trend and corresponding state transition voltage change torque consistent from magnetic, prove to convert the voltage as the theoretical simulation results verify the validity of the criterion.Secondly, the simulation of different magnitude, different direction analysis the influence law of uniform magnetic field on the relay. The use of Ansoft software on the A type magnetic latching relay magnetic system modeling, uniform magnetic field applied in different order of magnitude respectively in the 6 direction, the simulation analysis of the impact on the distribution of magnetic induction intensity,magnetic field distribution and armature holding torque changes.Then, according to the simulation results of physical testing, verification of different direction of uniform magnetic field on the extent of the impact of relay. The formulation of the real test shcheme, the magnetic treatment furnace using the company′s existing to generate a magnetic field source as a uniform magnetic field, the size and direction of use Tesla meter to measure the uniform magnetic field in magnetic induction intensity, using a dedicated relay commission table test of A type magnetic latching relay in which the voltage conversion, compared with the simulation results.Finally, using the shielding measures, the simulation analysis of the influence of magnetic field on the relay. Using Ansoft simulation software for different size, thickness of the internal magnetic field shielding relay, select the DT4 E soft magnetic material as a shielding material, according to preestablished relay direction, in 6 directions respectively applied uniform magnetic field on the steady state of different magnitude, than before and after A type relay on shielding saturation field value, armature keep the change trend of moment. The research apply the actual production to the instrument detection, has the practical significance and an important representative. |
