At first,according to the domestic actual research and development situations of the aerospace models,a set of reliability management procedures is designed in the thesis.Moreover,based on the functions and operation standard of the aerospace models,the major reliability techniques in the management procedures are detailedly described.Next,a failure tree analysis(FTA)method,which is widely used in the reliability management,is introduced,and the major procedures and implementation approach of the FTA are depicted step by step.Meanwhile,through studying the fault tree of that the swinging rod system of XX launch platform cannot pull out before launching,the FTA based reliability analysis method of aerospace models is concretely shown.Thirdly,for the failures that the aerospace vehicles may encounter,the failure mode effect and critical analysis(FMECA)are conducted,and the content includes that failure mode analysis,failure effects and reasons analysis,etc..In addition,the common situations,which appear when the FMECA are being performed at present,and their solutions are also discussed.At last,around the reliability management system of aerospace models proposed in this thesis,a software platform for reliability analysis of aerospace models is developed.Moreover,the structure,major modules,and code realization are also introduced.
