Electrified railway with transport capacity,high efficiency,pollution,energy conservation and other characteristics,has been in China's railway transport occupy an increasingly important position.In order to ensure the safety and normal operation of the train on the electrified railway,it is very important to analyze the reliability of the train operation system of the electrified railway.In this paper,the structure of the train operation system of the electrified railway train is combined with the research data,and the specific parts of the train running system are analyzed and analyzed respectively,and the reliability analysis is carried out respectively.Firstly,the train operation system of electrified railway is summarized,and its structure and working mode are introduced to the train running system.Secondly,the basic theory of reliability is introduced.The concept of reliability,reliability index and reliability research method are introduced,and the failure mode and effects analysis method and fault tree analysis method are selected as the reliability analysis method.Thirdly,the failure mode and effects analysis method and fault tree analysis method are introduced in detail,and the analysis steps and mathematical description are studied in depth.Subsequently,according to the actual data of the survey,the electrified railway train operation system reliability analysis.In this paper,the train operation system is analyzed from the five aspects of traction substation,traction network,track system,railway signal system and tractor vehicle system.Based on the failure mode and effects analysis method and fault tree analysis method,the first step The failure mode of each subsystem is analyzed and the failure model consequence analysis table is obtained.The second step is to build the fault tree of the train running system and construct the fault tree of each subsystem in combination with the failure mode and effects analysis table.The third step is to calculate the fault tree.And the fault tree is analyzed qualitatively.The fourth step is to quantitatively analyze the fault tree,calculate the failure probability of the train operation system and the failure probability of each subsystem,and calculate the system reliability.The failure probability of traction substation is 4.75×10-4 and the reliability is 99.95%.The failure probability of traction network is 6.65×10-3 and the reliability is 99.33%.The failure probability of the track system is 4.75×10-4,the reliability is99.95%;the railway signal system failure probability is 6.30×10-3,the reliability is 99.37%;the tractor vehicle system failure probability is 2.60×10-3,the reliability is 99.74%.Train operating system failure probability of 1.64×10-2,the system reliability of 98.36%.At the end of this paper,the reliability measures of train operation system are put forward.
