With the development of economy and society, the modernization construction is in full swing. The basic connotation of modernization includes the construction of ecological civilization, and the important goal of construction of ecological civilization is to improve the living environment. Due to its unique way of dealing with the air, temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning systems can maximum guarantee the indoor thermal and humidity environment, and it can improve the air quality, reduce building energy consumption at the same time. Therefore, continued research on temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system is an important means to create a low carbon, green living environment.Due to its unique style in indoor air handling process, temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system can realize decoupled treatment between heat and humidity, at the same time, it provides a more comfortable indoor thermal and humidity environment or the occupants and users for it can meet the indoor thermal and humidity ratio changing in the indoor environment control, which can provide a more comfortable indoor thermal and humidity environment for the occupants.. Temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system also have obvious advantages in maintaining the indoor temperature and humidity constant in the technological air-conditioning process.In the system, with temperature and humidity decoupled treatment, it is possible to use natural hot temperature cold source, including groundwater, rivers, lakes and so on. if use the traditional mechanical refrigeration, because it can enhance the evaporation temperature of the refrigerating unit significantly, so it can improve the energy efficiency of the unit and reduce the energy consumption of the unit.The temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system based on double temperature cold sources is a kind form of temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system, its biggest characteristic is this system have two different temperature cold sources. Some existing air conditioning system provides only low temperature cold source, it prepare high-temperature cold water by mix cold water with the water which have room temperature, or set up exchanger between the cold source and frozen water, so as to realize the goal of "double cold source". But this air-conditioning system is not really "double cold source temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system, because of it can’t reflect the advantages of use double cold sources. The main research object of this study is double cold source temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system with internal cold, it is an kind of temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system. In this system, most indoor sensible heat load was undertook by the high temperature cold source and all wet load and part of the indoor sensible heat load is undertook by cold source, the wind load is different because of different system forms.Theoretically speaking, the heat recovery technology can reduce the capacity of the cold and heat source. Because the heat and cold sources for air-conditioning system energy consumption occupies a large proportion in the entire air-conditioning system energy consumption, reducing the capacity of the cold and heat source can improve the energy efficiency of building air-conditioning system obviously! But in the temperature and humidity independent control of air- conditioning system with internal cold type and double cold source, once heat recovery technology is adopted between the return air and flash air, the cooling condition of the low temperature cold source condenser is relatively poor, which influences the energy efficiency of the low temperature cold source. At the same time, the setting of the heat recovery device will increase the resistance of the air system, which will increase the energy consumption of the fan. Therefore, the overall energy consumption of the system with heat recovery technology will not be lower definitely, so its application effect needs to be demonstrated. Therefore, evaluating the system by verifying the application effect of this system in an office building in Chongqing. At the same time, put forward several feasible measures to change the structure of the system, to verify the improvement effect, thus obtains a optimal form of system.In this paper, through the establishment of mathematical mode of the various parts of the air conditioning system, then the simulation model of air conditioning system was formed by Simulink software, once the external meteorological parameters and the hourly load of the building in the cooling season was import, the overall energy consumption and average COP of the system will be given. Evaluating the energy effect of the improved forms of the temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system with double temperature cold sources, so as to provide reference for the design and research and development of related products of the double temperature cold sources temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioning system.
