As a large agricultural country,China has a large rural population and a large rural construction area.With the continuous development of social economy,people have higher and higher requirements for building comfort.In this paper,a typical courtyard in Beijing is taken as the research object.A study on the thermal comfort and energy consumption of the building space based on the independent control system of temperature and humidity based on capillary radiation cooling is carried out,and compared with the traditional air conditioning system and the independent control system of temperature and humidity based on dry-type fan coil.First of all,based on TRNSYS simulation software,this paper takes the typical rural courtyard in Beijing as the research object,and models the temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system based on capillary radiation cooling and the temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system based on dry fan coil.The research on the building space comfort of temperature and humidity independent air conditioning system based on capillary radiation cooling was carried out.Using the control strategy of fresh air controlling humidity and high temperature cold water controlling indoor temperature,this paper analyzes the change of room comfort with indoor temperature and humidity under the action of dynamic outdoor meteorological parameters,which provides a basis for ensuring indoor comfort parameter control.A comparative study on energy consumption and room comfort between the temperature and humidity independent control system based on capillary radiation cooling and the temperature and humidity independent control system based on dry fan coil was carried out.This paper analyzes the cooling,power consumption and comfort of the room under various modes.It is considered that the temperature and humidity independent control system based on capillary radiation cooling is the most energy-saving when ensuring the same comfort.The influence of the thermal insulation performance of building envelope on the room load change of the air conditioning system based on the temperature and humidity independent control of capillary radiation cooling was studied.It is found that increasing roof insulation and reducing external wall insulation can reduce the cooling consumption of the system.In addition,it is found that orientation is an important factor affecting the cooling capacity consumption of the temperature and humidity independent control system based on capillary radiation cooling.The research work of this paper can provide a theoretical reference for further exploring the application conditions of temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system based on capillary radiation cooling and its promotion and application.In particular,it provides an important theoretical support for the promotion of temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system based on capillary radiation cooling in residential buildings in northern rural areas of China.
