Research On The Order Of Modern Small Residential Design

With the rapid development of the deepening of reform and opening up and socialist market economy, people's living conditions continue to improve, while the residential substance form and the aesthetic connotation of the requirements is also rising. China traditional residential form has been unable to meet the needs of modern life.In this paper, by comparing the traditional residence and Hyundai Residence,first analyzes the ethical order and nature influence on traditional residential form,according to the change of modern lifestyle, summed up the occupants demand for Hyundai Residence space, and the demand of the design space, and the existence of the order.This paper focuses on the analysis of changes of family structure and the different needs of different types of families to the design. Find small residential existing order not only the performance of geometric order in spatial composition,composition and function of space also exists in order to some extent, is more important in the different requirements of occupants, the basic functions of the space order will be broken.The design of Hyundai Residence design as a special form of small houses,designers need to grasp the order of spatial combination, order and life function in order to design and life orderly combination, thus improving the quality of people's lives.
