From a residentialpoint of view, this just a few decades from people to live mode, residential construction,modes of supply, allocation patterns, and even the people’s spiritual level concept andunderstanding of the housing problem have undergone tremendous changes, which requiresthe designer residential units in-depth research and development.Shortage of land in the city, housing prices continue to rise, the purchasing powershortage economy, most people find it difficult acquired ideal for residential, after severalnational policy control, China’s housing units started from the "big house" to "smallapartment" development, its forms will be more and more use of space has becomeincreasingly inadequate.In this paper, based on China’s basic national conditions and economic development,from basic residential architectural design theory. In-depth analysis of youth values, life stylesand housing needs, etc., young people will demand for living spaces divided into enjoyment,domesticated and work-type.
