Research On Optimal Design Of Residential Interior Space Based On Function Renewal

The renovation project of old residence is an inevitable trend to adapt to the greendevelopment of society,and it also responds positively to the call of ecological civilization construction put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Because a large number of residential buildings built in the 1980 s and 1990 s are only to solve the problem that people have no room to live in,the design does not take into account the daily needs of residents too much,and the backward use of residential functions makes these houses face the crisis of demolition and reconstruction.Most of the old residential buildings are located in the central part of the city,school districts and other supporting facilities are complete,and the cost of demolition and reconstruction is enormous.It is better to actively upgrade the functions of such residential buildings than to blindly demolish and rebuild them.As the focus of people's living consumption gradually shifts to enjoyable consumption,residents living in old houses hope that the problems existing in their old houses can be effectively solved,so that they can live comfortably and at the same time meet the spiritual pursuit.Compared with other countries abroad,the renovation and renewal of old residential buildings in China started relatively late,and the experience is relatively less.In the research process of this paper,through field visits and survey and questionnaire collection,the existing problems of old residential buildings are summarized.Combining with a large number of cases and data of domestic and foreign renovation,this paper summarizes the specific measures suitable for the renovation and renewal of old residential buildings in the 1980 s and1990s.Using the summary of the transformation measures,the actual transformation design of Shengning Garden,Tiedong District and Tiexi District of Anshan City were carried out respectively.This study aims to reconstruct the old residential buildings to meet the needs of modern residents,prolong the life of the old residential buildings,and provide interior designers with design and transformation methods,which has a certain reference value.
