Research On Asphalt Deck Pavement And Construction Technology For SAN Shuihe Bridge

Bridge deck pavement is paved on the bridge panel protective layer, which can protect the bridge panel to prevent the wheels or tracks directly wearing surface, to protect main girder from rain, and to spread the wheel concentrated load. Along with our country national economy fast development, the phenomenon of large traffic and overloading is becoming more and more popular that causes the destruction of the bridge deck pavement and high maintenance cost of the traffic administrative department of the overburdened. How to ensure the performance of the durability of bridge deck pavement and bridge deck is an important issue to be solved at present.On the basis of research results at home and abroad, this paper discussed the characteristics and performance requirements of bridge deck pavement, summarized the common asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement diseases. The causes of damage of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement were analyzed from the standpoint of material, structural design, mechanical mechanism, construction, maintenance and so on.Based on the SAN Shui bridge, the technical characteristics of asphalt pavement material were analyzed and the bridge deck pavement asphalt mixture ratio design of AC- 13, AC- 20 were optimized. Besides, the asphalt pavement characteristics were studied, including mechanical properties, high temperature stability of asphalt mixture, low temperature performance and water stability performance. It was detected that scene material taking grading sieve, extraction test for core samples, paving after the completion of the test section of degree of compaction, depth, thickness, water seepage coefficient test indicators through paving test road construction. In addition, the asphalt pavement construction technology was described in detail with common problems and solutions in the construction process, to ensure that the bridge deck pavement construction quality.This paper from two aspects of theoretical basis and examples demonstrated the relative problems of deck pavement and construction process, which had a certain reference value for bridge deck pavement.
