In our country,especially in recent years,with the development of public transportation,increasing the proportion of freight vehicles transportation vehicles,roads,Bridges in our country under the condition of vehicle overload and overrun the use of pavement early damage is serious,shorten service life.According to the current usage of the deck surfacing,the traditional scheme of bridge deck pavement in the pavement engineering,the application of a heavy traffic for long-span bridge deck pavement cement concrete material and asphalt concrete material has its own defects,due to the flexible asphalt concrete is a flexible combination of asphalt concrete and cement concrete wear resistance,rigidity and resistance to deformation ability performance excellent resistance to deformation and fatigue properties of the special surface,so based on its characteristics,the reasonable application of semi-flexible bridge deck pavement mixture can effectively solve the pavement under overload early namely the problem of serious damage,so this study proposed the high-performance semi-flexible asphalt concrete is applied in bridge deck pavement.First of all,this article mainly aims at ChongQing Diwei Yangtze river bridge deck under heavy traffic was badly damaged and asphalt mixture surfacing layer due to the difficult to meet the strength requirements premature rutting under overload,pit slot diseases,such as cement concrete bridge deck because of its stiffness is bigger,because of the large bridge deflection and vibration intense early to take off a layer,and the waterproof ability is poor,in the concrete pavement layer crushed into the net after crack,deck water under the action of vehicle load of pump suction,evolved into larger hole,also difficult to solve the damage of bridge deck under heavy traffic serious problem.So based on the analysis of the form of the deck surfacing at home and abroad are summarized,the types of bridge deck pavement diseases and its reason of disease on the basis of using high performance semi-flexible bridge deck pavement of asphalt concrete scheme and waterproof adhesive layer of cement concrete bridge deck pavement and pavement asphalt mixture of technical requirements.Next for entities to ChongQing Diwei Yangtze river bridge deck surfacing at home and abroad for reference,the project has obtained achievements and existing engineering practice in the actual use effect and some empirical parameters is put forward on the basis of three kinds of feasible pavement structure,through indoor experiment,the mechanical performance of pavement structure,after comprehensive comparison is put forward reasonable pavement structure is suitable for this project.Third,through a series of laboratory tests to determine the engineering environment of material properties and the semi-flexible pavement bridge deck apparent explicit processing key technology.Finally based on the project through comprehensive comparison and analysis the SFAC-13 + rubber asphalt macadam seal coat + waterproof surfacing form of protection system of bridge deck pavement,pavement construction technology and technical control indicators,based on the implementation of the ChongQing Diwei Yangtze river bridge pavement engineering,the material quality control,production design,construction machinery and bridge deck construction process control and so on has carried on the system of technology research,based on the application of construction technology of semi-flexible asphalt concrete,the construction quality control standard is developed,which can provide reference for the future application of high-performance semi-flexible asphalt concrete in cement concrete bridge deck pavement.
