Technical Research Of Deck Asphalt Pavement On Cement Concrete Bridge

Due to the increase of traffic and heavy vehicles,resulting in the deck pavement have appeared in varying degrees of damage and bringing a huge economic losses to the local.Therefore,this paper summarizes the overseas and domestic research status of asphalt deck pavement on cement concrete bridge,and technical research of deck asphalt pavement on cement concrete bridge.The goal is to improve the working life of cement concrete bridges.Through the analysis of the causes of damage,the three-dimensional finite element modeling of asphalt pavement structure,the indoor correlation test and its road performance analysis to ensure the feasibility of reverse structure bridge deck pavement combination.Finally,through paved the test road,and carried out the relevant pavement quality inspection,puts forward the construction technology of deck asphalt pavement on cement concrete bridge in Jiangxi Province,provide technical guidance for the corresponding deck asphalt pavement.The following main conclusions are drawn from this study:?1?Establish the three-dimensional simulation model of bridge deck by using the finite element software.The paper analyzes the stress condition of the bridge under the different factors and suggested that asphalt pavement structure of 7cm upper layer+3cm lower layer as this selection.?2?Based on analysis of the design and optimization on pave materials,SMA-13 is recommended as the upper deck of asphalt pavement and AC-5 as the lower part of the pavement structure.?3?Comparison of two kinds of waterproof adhesive layer materials,the results showed that the optimum dosage of AMP-100 two-stage reaction deck waterproofing binder is 0.4kg/m² and the optimum dosage of emulsified epoxy resin asphalt is 0.8kg/m²;But the same temperature in the latter's shear strength and tensile strength are better than the former at their best sprinkle.Therefore,it is recommended that emulsify epoxy resin asphalt as this deck waterproof bonding layer material.?4?Having paved the test road and to carried out the relevant pavement quality inspection.The results show that the combined form of bridge deck pavement is effective.
