Recently,with the development of the highway to the western region of the transfer,asphalt pavement more and more attention,but the bridge asphalt pavement easy to produce disease engineering problems have not been effectively resolved,failed to form the system design method.In order to further explore the force characteristics of the asphalt pavement structure of the concrete box girder bridge deck,the paper puts forward the effective design and control index for the common diseases of the asphalt pavement of the bridge deck.In this paper,the author uses the limited Based on the analysis of the common pavement disease mechanism,the design method of the asphalt pavement system of concrete bridge deck is put forward,and the pavement test section of the concrete pavement is put forward.Verify the rationality of the design.The main work and research results include:The main disease forms of asphalt pavement on cement concrete bridge deck is investigated,the causes of disease are analyzed from different angles of material,construction and use environment,and the mechanical mechanism of disease fornation was studied.The stress and interlayer shear stress design control index.The finite element model is established,and the most unfavorable lot is determined by the comparison result.Then the stress characteristics of the pavement system under different working conditions of different asphalt pavement materials,different combinations of pavement and different waterproofing adhesive layer are analyzed.The results show:?With the increase of the pavement modulus,the maximum tensile stress increases,and the maximum shear stress decreases with the increase of the lower modulus of the pavement.?When the pavement is lower from 4 cm to 8 cm,the interface maximum shear stress is inverted arch phenomenon,in the pavement thickness of 6 cm to reach the minimum;? Waterproof adhesive layer modulus from 50 MPa to 500 MPa,the interface maximum shear stress and the modulus of the waterproof adhesive layer increased from 500 MPa to 1000 MPa.The maximum shear stress at the interface was only reduced by 7.5%,which indicated that the improvement of the modulus of the waterproof adhesive layer was improved in a certain range asphalt pavement bridge surface cast in place interface shear.The stress values are analyzed characteristics of the pavement system under different driving conditions and different temperature changing conditions,and obtains the regression equation under different factors.The results show that the top-down tensile stress of the inverted construction is the smallest under different driving conditions and temperature changes.According to the results of force analysis,the design method of asphalt pavement system of cement concrete bridge deck is put forward,and the test results of paving test section are designed.
