In many historical places of interest in Beijing, the Qing dynasty royal aristocratic family building occupies an important position. Beijing also distributes many mansions, gardens and many different levels of the Qing dynasty tombs. Many mansions of prince, their gardens and tombs retained the architectural features, and each of them has its own characteristics. These precious cultural heritages not only have high historical value, but also provide a wealth of physical information for the research of Qing dynasty royal buildings.This article selects Prince Chun's family in the late Qing dynasty and important family buildings as the research object, focusing on their building's characteristics and the reasons of its features, in order to improve the comprehensive research of Qing dynasty royal family architecture. In the late Qing period, the iron cap king title of prominent family of Chun is only passing on two generations, but the two princes,two generations of the emperor, making a unique glory of Qing dynasty. By looking at historical data, this paper analyze materials of ancient books such as the Prince Chun's history and important members' life experience. By on-the-spot investigation, take photos and reading books, using methods of comparative analysis, this paper sums up architectural features of the Prince Chun south mansion, north mansion, garden, villa and tomb, finds out master's activity experience. Add people's activity factors into the study of historical building, analyzing the interaction between people and buildings.Finally, it is concluded that reasons of architectural features of Chun's buildings. The resons includes the following two aspects: first, construction factors, mainly including shape and design concept in the Qing dynasty, the environmental impact, construction development and technical materials, etc. Second, the other factors, factors mainly include members of the family of Chun, era background factors such as history,political, economic and other indirect influencing factors.This paper adopts unit of longitudinal research of Qing dynasty royal clan buildings in the study, adds human activities and social factors into the study of architecture features, enriching the research angle and direction, providing a template for the study of Qing dynasty clan family buildings.
