Studies On The Evaluation And Control Of Airport Aviation Noise Impact

Along with the rapid increasement of flights and projects of extending and building airports, the problem of airport aviation noise becomes more and more prominent. How to evaluate the impact of airport aviation noise reasonably and how to control it, become the question that city planners and the masters of airports must consider.First of all, the basic characteristics of airport aviation noise, the domestic present situation of airport aviation noise pollution, the domestic and foreign research situation of evaluation of airport aviation noise, the research situation of impact on dwellers, and the methods of controlling airport aviation noise are introduced comprehensively. Next, on the basis of analyzing the evaluation indexes of airport aviation noise and the impact on dwellers deeply, according to the indoor noise rules of GBJ118—88, that LNAmax=70dB and LDAmax=80dB are suggested as the standard of the single event noise in areas of first class near airport. Then, considering the evaluation indexes of airport aviation noise and subjective reactions of dwellers, a fuzzy assessment model which evaluates the actual impact of aviation noise is established according to the theories of social acoustics. So combinated quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, the actual impact of airport aviation noise is evaluated comprehensively. An interface friendly, easily-expanded and easily-used evaluation computer system is developped. At last, the popular control methods of airport aviation noise are summarised. According to the theory of environmental economics, refering to methods to evaluate economic costs of traffic and environment noise pollution, methods to evaluate economic costs of airport aviation noise pollution are discussed. Refering to the foreign charge model of airport aviation noise and the present domestic charge model of environmental noise pollution, a charge model of airport aviation noise is stated.
