The rapid development of the air transport industry has made the airport aviation emissions increasingly affect the atmospheric environment.With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements by the international community,promoting airport energy conservation and emission reduction has gradually become a hot issue in the aviation field.The aviation emissions generated during the operation of the airport will pose the most direct threat and impact to the surrounding ecological environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore ways to reduce the impact of airport aviation emissions on the atmospheric environment.The airport gates are the core resources of the airport operation organization.This paper aims to reduce the atmospheric environment impact,and explores assignation of the gates as an entry point and carry out the research on the optimization of the gates assignation to the atmospheric environment.Firstly,based on the characteristics of airport scene operation rules and airport aviation emission pollutants,the correlation between airport gates assignation and atmospheric environmental impact is determined by aviation emission model through qualitative and quantitative perspectives.Secondly,based on the actual operating characteristics of the scene,a multi-objective optimization strategy is proposed to minimize aircraft emissions and maximize near gates utilization.The example verification shows that the optimized gates assignation scheme can reduce airport aviation emissions and improve passenger satisfaction;Then,considering the diffusion effect of meteorological conditions on airport aviation pollutants,the AERMOD atmospheric diffusion simulation system is proposed to numerically simulate the atmospheric environmental impacts generated by different gates assignation schemes.The clustering and comprehensive evaluation methods are used to construct the gates space partition priority for atmospheric environment impact.The evaluation system is used to obtain the prioritization of the gates space partitions.Finally,combining the Bilevel Programming Problem idea and multi-commodity network flow model,the optimization method of gates assignation for atmospheric environmental protection is proposed.The example shows that the method can effectively reduce the impact of the airport on the surrounding atmospheric environment,thus promoting environment-friendly green airport construction.
