Study On The Large-scale Highway Management Efficiency Based On Arena Simulation

With the development of the national economy, the highway as a convenient modern transportation infrastructure, also has a great development space. As the end of 2014, the total mileage of China's highway traffic has reached 112000 kilometers. Over the past five years, the national highway mileage's growth rate was about 14%, China's demand for the highway continues to expand. With the expansion of demand, in the project construction management, organization management efficiency, the goal of the project formulation and implementation also emerged out of some problems, we need to rely on management innovation to solve, the application of large section mode to the project organization management brought some changes, the reasonable organization structure can make the efficiency of the organization's management to be significantly improved, and after highway project use large section model, how it works, how to influence the efficiency of organization management has become the focus of this paper.First of all, based on analysis of the emergence and development of large section model, discuss the advantages and implementation of large section model. This paper state that large section pattern is better than the traditional management pattern in management and coordination, contractor selection and scale economy. Secondly, research organization structure and management efficiency theory, and the way of influence between them, to demonstrate the effect of using large section model to organization management efficiency.Efficiency is the effective degree, and the efficiency of organization management is one of the standards to evaluate the management mode. This paper choose operation efficiency of organizational structure as the starting point of the research of organization and management efficiency, combined with the organization management status of Wuling mountainous highway large section project, using arena simulation software, analysis of large scale mode with the traditional pattern, the running time of the corresponding organizational structure, compared with the traditional section division mode of organizational structure, to verify the organization management efficiency of large scalemode is higher than the traditional model.
