According to the institute of 2013-2017 China's intelligent building industry market prospect and investment strategy planning, building energy consumption accounts for 33% of the total energy consumption society in our country, while building energy consumption will eventually reach to about 35%.And the air conditioning system is the most power-hungry devices,and central air-conditioning system energy consumption accounts for the total energy consumption 40%-60%, then, this paper will take the underground mall central air conditioning system optimization design and energy saving operation as the research object to do research from the following aspects:(1)The paper compared with the different schemes for different solution system of the initial investment and running costs from technology and the economy analysis angles; the results showed that technically, screw machine in noise, vibration and maintenance aspects compared to the centrifuge advantage, lithium bromide unit vibration and noise than the other two models have an advantage, but its service life due to the operation of the fuel limits the use of energy and time is much shorter compared to the other two models, comprehensive comparative analysis, screw unit has more advantages compared with the other two units. From an economic perspective, the use of direct-fired lithium bromide absorption-type life-cycle cost of the highest water chiller; water source heat pump program centrifuge program comparison group, a difference of less, about 3%, the use of life-cycle cost low water Source heat pump or centrifuge program has more advantages. A higher safety performance, running high energy efficiency, investment and more economical water source heat pump screw chillers program in the projects.(2)The last research for the project optimization design and operation energy consumption of air conditioning water system, by establishing a mathematical model for the analysis of the methods to discuss on specific load condition, the freezing water, cooling water chiller operation condition of the project, the influence of the operation optimization will be put forward; Results indicated that the cooling water pump flow and frozen water pump flow general control in 80% to 100% range, the system will be under the most optimal operation situation, when the heat pump system under the condition of different load operation.
