With social economy highly developing in our country and urbanized advancement accelerating, architecture industry also obtained unprecedented development, thus it is caused that LCC (life cycle cost) and building energy consumption increased in large scale. Building energy consumption is in the percent of 50%-70% in air-conditioning system energy consumption. It is extremely urgent that how reduced LCC in the foundation of guaranteeing energy conservation of air-conditioning system. By the lead of the sustainable development concept, in the foundation of widely absorbing the domestic and foreign related research, and in view of need of energy consumption of air-conditioning system in our country, this article introduced the concept of LCC (life-cycle cost), and elaborated the economical analysis method of energy conservation of air-conditioning system. According to the energy conservation demonstration projects in Dongguan, this article studied how to control the life cycle cost of air conditioning system in four aspects of decision, design, construction and operation.This article using construction energy consumption analysis software DEST, analyzed the life cycle cost (LCC) of heating ventilating and air conditioning system (HVAC) in the foundation of the load and energy consumption of heating ventilating and air-conditioning system to the building (HVAC).Finally obtained the average life cycle cost (ALCC) of heating ventilating and air-conditioning system, thus carried on the appraisal analysis of energy conservation design of the different air-conditioning system in the design stage, and achieved the design goal of the air-conditioning system energy conservation and economical design and realized optimized disposition of energy conservation investment of air-conditioning system.The method of analyzing and investigating energy consumption situations of air conditioning in this article had been used in library of municipal Party School in Dongguan. Though analyzing, reached the conclusion that the life cycle cost was smaller in the premise of guaranteeing energy conservation, and the demonstration effect was perfect.
