| The technical standard is the criterion referred to designer when they do product design. In the face of a large number of technical standards, at present, the vast majority of enterprises acquire technical standard information by searching a standard library. In the selection of technical standards, it is mainly rely on the experience of designers to judge. Enterprises usually increased manufacturing costs and even cause trade disputes and affect the enterprise’s economic interest and reputation because of inaccurate or inappropriate adoption of standards. It has become an urgent question that how to select the technical standards reasonably and appropriately, quickly and accurately. In this background, the paper studies the technical standards selection and push in the design process of the wind turbine gearbox. The main contents of the paper are as follows:First of all, establishing the model of selection of technical standards based on the features of case properties and value engineering. In addition, putting forward the scientific selection process and verifying the method’s feasibility by an example.Secondly, proposing a technical standard push method towards the design process for the wind turbine gearbox products based on semantic ontology. Based on the analysis of the wind turbine gearbox design technical standards, the paper established wind turbine gearbox domain ontology model towards design technical standards. According to the knowledge of the wind turbine gearbox product technical standards to design label knowledge, then established wind turbine gearbox semantic annotation model. Combined with spreading activation model, establish a push model for wind turbine gearbox product design technical standards, the relationship between wind turbine gearbox product design technology standard node is obtained by using the method of cluster correlation analysis, realize technical standard push by activating the diffusion process.Finally, based on the previous research results and combined with wind turbine gearbox design process, the paper developed a technical standards push system towards the design process of wind turbine gearbox and realized the push of the design process related technical standards. |
