Aiming at the major topics of the structure performance and construction technology of shape curved wooden template system,by theoretical analysis,research of the cylindrical concrete pouring test of shape curved wooden template,finite element simulation analysis and field data collection etc,this paper systematically researched the shape curved wooden template components and overall mechanical properties, shape curved wooden template cylinder construction technology and construction technology for beam-column node key problems,the main results are as follows:(1) By existing related specification and the theoretical formula,this paper theoretically calculated the overall stress distribution of shape curved wooden template in the process of construction, verified the reliability of the subsequent experimental study, and provided relevant parameters for the experimental study and finite element simulation analysis; Making a reference for the result of experimental study and finite element analysis.(2) Implemented 8 meters high shape curved wooden template cylindrical concrete pouring test in the laboratory by simplifying the test model, And through the experimental study,we got the relationship between the Cast-in-situ concrete level and the key point stress of shape curved wooden template, fixed steel strip stress, the lateral deformation of the whole template system,further analyzed the rationality of the design of the template parameters systematically and comprehensively, and provided reliable basis for the finite element simulation analysis and template optimization.(3) By narrowing the distance of fixed steel strip can not only greatly reduce the stress of the fixed steel strips and the overall lateral deformation of the template,and also can improve the apparent quality of cast-in-situ concrete;Reducing the thickness of the template can improve the utilization rate and reduce the cost of the template, thus can guarantee the enough strength and stiffness under the condition of saving construction cost. Based on shape curved wooden template cylindrical concrete pouring test results, with the help of finite element software this paper analyzed the mechanical property of the original sized shape curved wooden template, put forward the design shortcomings of the shape curved wooden template. through multiple model analysis, this paper explored the relationship between the template parameters and the template overall performance,provided basis for template further optimization, and analyzed the effect of four kinds of optimization schemes.(4) Actual engineering application showed that shape curved wooden template can greatly improve the efficiency of concrete columns template engineering construction and quality, besides it has the good economic efficiency?However, there are also shortcomings, first,the thickness of the template design is lager, which lead to excess of strength and stiffness and the phenomena of material waste to a certain extent;Second, because of relatively complicated structure on the beam-column node, the reinforcement measures of the template is not really reasonable. Based on the actual engineering application, we designed a relatively simple,effective and repeatable recycling reinforcement measures,and successfully applied for national patent for utility model(name of patent for utility model:?Arc template for special-shaped beam-column joints?, patent number:ZL 2015 2 0563427.2).
