Compare with other countries,China has a long history of wooden construction and a lot of special hull construction technology.In recent years,with the rise of tourism and enhancing the protection consciousness of traditional skills,China’s inland wooden boat is also more and more.Now the river used in the specifications for the implementation of the 1998 "inland wood vessel inspection methods",the specifications is only a simple regulation of the ship’s main dimensions and thickness of the plate,it has been unable to meet the current built wooden inspection requirements.So the wooden boat need a lot of urgent research and the specifications also need to improve.Based on the field investigation of the shipyard,this paper analyzes and studies the stability,construction technology and structural strength of the wooden vessel with the theory and method of modern ship research.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Combining with the development status of wooden boat,the applicability of the three stability criterion methods commonly used at present is synthetically analyzed,and the stability criterion of a typical wooden boat is calculated by different methods.The results are compared and analyzed,and the corresponding stability criterion method is selected for different boats,which can provide reference for the stability test of wooden boats.(2)Analyze and discuss the traditional construction technology of wooden boat,and determine the key issues of ship quality,such as material selection,construction process and surface finish,and put forward a more detailed control method of wooden boat quality.(3)Summarize the common connections between wooden components,and analyze the key nodes of wooden structure.A typical connection method-bolt connection was selected for tensile test,and the numerical simulation of the finite element method was carried out.The numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental results,and the feasibility and reliability of the numerical simulation method are analyzed,which will lay the foundation for the finite element calculation of the hull below.(4)The finite element model of the wooden catamaran was established and the structural strength was calculated by ABAQUS software.The stress and strain results under different working conditions were analyzed.By focusing on analysis the connections of key position,the conclusion that the catamaran type of the wooden boat meets the structural strength requirement is proved,and the feasibility of the special construction type of the wooden boat is proved. |
