China`s economy has been boosting rapidly and going in for large-scale construction since we followed the policy of reform and opening.The process of urbanization and industrialization is speeding up increasingly,and highway, residence, office buildings and so on have been established.And most of the buildings are concrete structures in our country, so it is very important on the design and construction of templates.Many accidents have been caused by the template in the process of construction in recent years.At the same time, huge project always cost and invest huge,and it is important that make full use of the strength of the structure and speed up the construction progress and reduce the cost on the premise of security.This dissertation simulate circular pier template from a highway in Guizhou,hollow pier template,square pier template from a bridge,and trolley template from a tunnel by ABAQUS and do some field test.Then Compare the field data with simulation results,and make some meaningful conclusions.Finally, the square pier template is optimized to find out the optimal solution under the premise of safety.Three bridge piers` templates and tunnel trolley template have been done the field test,and get the data of lateral pressure,temperature and displacement.And simulate the the whole templates by ABAQUS6.13,and apply the lateral pressure from construction site to the model,and place a temperature measured from construction site field on the mode. Finally,compare the simulation results with displacement data measured from construction site.At the same time,the template thickness,number of the cross ribs, bolts and split screw are been optimized to find the optimal design scheme under the premise of safety.The results show that the calculation results of 4 templates meet the specification requirements and in good agreement with experimental data from construction site.At the same time,the largest internal force and displacement tend to appear in the low part of the bolt joints,so should be paid more attention in the design and construction process.The split screw and cross ribs have played a very good effect on limiting the deformation of template,and can increase the stiffness of the template.About the trolley,the stress in two spandrel is much larger than the stress at the highest point and the lowest point. The connecting plate,connecting between plate and rib, trolley structure and connecting between rods are the weakest place in the whole structure.The bridge square pier template is optimized in ABAQUS6.13.Through the thickness of the template, the number of bolts,split screw and ribs,the various prameters under the condition of satisy in the most unfavorable combination is found out to be optimized to reduce the construction cost and construction time.Model parameters are selected as: 4 cross ribs, template thickness of 6 mm, 3 split screw on each cross rib, every two holes placed a bolt.It is able to save the more cost of materials, and speed up the construction progress.The cost of ribs is dereased by 33% and the cost of bolts is decreased by 59%.Through the thickness of template, the number of the bolt and the vertical rib to optimize the circular template.The most unfavorable combination in the premise of security is found to optimize.The combination are five vertical ribs, the template thickness of 6mm and all bolts.The results showed that the cost of ribs has a 28% reduction.
