| Nuclear, as a clean energy, the development and utilization of nuclear energy is the realistic choice of the current climate, energy crisis etc. After the Fukushima accident, people pay more attention to nuclear power safety under the condition of extreme natural disasters. Therefore, effective implementation for emergency monitoring of nuclear radiation accident is important and effective way to eliminate the public concerns about nuclear safety and the sustainable development of nuclear energy.The integrated system design in this paper is based on “improvement in general technical requirements after Fukushima nuclear power station accident(try out)”. Integration of related hardware and software facilities,Html+ css, JavaEE and ORACLE database are used to design a portable rapid emergency radiation monitoring system which is integrated with monitoring system, data control system and Online client detection system. The system will use a Web service as medium of communication throughout the entire system, solved the multi-platform summary the data acquisition, data processing, GIS display, etc. Under the case of off-site power supply can be more intuitive, convenient and timely by means of access to web pages for each instrument state, make corresponding emergency measures.Software make the combination of HTML and Java programming language, therefore it has a good expansibility and portability ability. Meeting the demand of the original design, it obtain the following results:(1) The scene monitoring system used Eco Gamma instrument embedded web services.it can monitor the corresponding instruments total dose, filtered dose rate, temperature and other data, and by transmitting the data through the network to achieve the unify management data of control center database.(2)After data control center collected all the information about equipment, the Web service used JDBC to adjust database. By adopting B/S structure of MVC design pattern, it can achieve dynamic graph, historical data query, the GIS map navigation to display on Web pages.(3)In an emergency situation, the system will send SMS to users.(4) Server using Struts, Spring stratification, partial refreshes via AJAX and server interaction, asynchronous data transmission between the browser and the server. The client through AccessVPN gain access to a network server, or anytime, anywhere access port mapping way.Finally this paper will test the system, and show the functions of it with photos. The test results show that the system has friendly man-machine interface and stable performance which has very practical values. |
