This article intends to analyze the water environment changes of inland nuclear power plant's intake and drainage engineering, identify the risk collision source of ship and drainage works, use catastrophe theory to explain the mechanism of ship collision, put forward countermeasures, provide a theoretical basis for targeted emergency response system.The paper mainly work includes the following four aspects:First,to analyze Inland nuclear power circulating water intake and drainage project characteristics, one is involved nuclear facilities to safe, the other is inland and coastal in water traffic safety is essentially different from.
