| With the development of economy, scientific technological people’s living standards, the electromagnetic equipments which based on high technology enter the production and consumption field, improve the production method as well as the efficiency of resource allocation, and impact people’s lives deeply. However, the electromagnetic equipments are not only benefit to mankind, but also bring the electromagnetic pollution. The electromagnetic pollution cannot be percepted directly, while their harm to human body is very serious. Because of its particularity, the people’s understanding does not reach the designated position or just misunderstand it. In addition, with the lack of understanding of electromagnetic radiation, people can’t get effective prevention. Therefore, we need to study electromagnetic radiation environment in real life, to grasp the surrounding electromagnetic radiation levels and impact. The main researching work of the paper are as follows:1. Testing the general electromagnetic radiation environment for Hezhou city. According to the general method of electromagnetic radiation environmental monitoring,39 representative on-sites is monitored in the city has chosen and the monitoring data is within the standard limitation wich no violation occurred. Analyzing the monitoring data the author gets the impact from the radiation source to the city environment. It’s cocluded that the general basic situation of the electromagnetic radiation environment in Hezhou is clean, referring to relevant national standards for environment quality evaluation.2. Through the investigation and statistical analysis on the electromagnetic radiation pollution source in Hezhou, it’s concluded that the larger radiation sources is the mobile communication base station. Further, the auther tests the electromagnetic radiation condition in Hezhou city which represented by the mobile communication base station. The auther choosed four typical base station, using the monitoring method for electromagnetic radiation of base stations for putting and monitoring, using the theory of the intensity of the electromagnetic radiation prediction model for prediction calculation, anylyzing and comparing the forecast values and measure value and their changing laws. With reference to relevant national standards for evaluation of base station electromagnetic radiation, the author gets the impact assenment on the electromagnetic radiation environmental from mobile communication base station, put forward the base station planning, construction and management advice in urban areas.3. Based on the characteristics of electromagnetic radiation in Hezhou city, after analyzing the problems of electromagnetic radiation regulation, the author puts forward some advice for the electromagnetic radiation on management, technical and personal protection. Based on the general and specific field of electromagnetic radiation e nvironmental monitoring, the author gets the overview of the electromagnetic radiation environment for Hezhou city. On the one hand, let everyone has comptehensive understanding about the city electrical radiation condition, and strengthen the understanding of electrical radiation and prevention, in order to have a correct attitude to electromagnetic radiation. On the other hand, the research achievements can provide the reference to other small cities in China for analyzing and evaluating the electromagnetic environment condition, countermeasures and basis for the local environmental protection department in order to strengthen the management of electromagnetic radiation, reliable experimental basis for the relevant departments to plan the electromagnetic project and make site selection. |
