In recent years, our country's modernization level has been greatly improved.Therefore, the whole society demands more and more electric power, the power supply is becoming increasingly scarce.So, our country began to increase the use of substation, more and more power transmission project has been included in the plan, the construction scale is also increasing at the same time.This leads to the problem of the construction period of the projec is constantly reduced,that directly led to the security problem of power transmission project becoming increasingly serious, emerge.These problems mainly focus on the following aspects:(1)In the construction of substation, construction environment is poor.(2)Liquidity,decentralized operation,in the process of the construction of power transmission and transformation of the internal security problem is particularly importan.(3) There is an objective environment of the intersection problem in construction process, the management problem is particularly prominent, the worker's cooperation is hard.Therefore, in so many problems and hidden dangers, the construction process is particularly important.In order to improve the safety risk management, and give guidance to the construction process, the security risk analysis of the project construction process is very meaningful, which is to achieve the desired goal.The research object of this thesis is the construction safety of the transmission and transformation power station mentioned above.Firstly, considering the characteristics of the construction of the transmission and substation construction,Secondly, we assessment the the risk factors in whole process of the construction involved.These factors mainly include the construction, building materials, construction environment, and etc related to the safety risk.Then, according to the principle of the influence diagram, it is shown how the risk of security accidents occurred during the construction period.And what are the reasons, and the establish their impact relationship, the formation of risk impact diagram,format risk influence diagram,to establish a model for evaluating the safety of the construction process of the power substation construction.This process is based on the theory of fuzzy influence diagram method; Finally, an example is given to verify the correctness of the theory and to ensure its safety.
