As an important tach of power system, the safe operation of substation directly influences that of the whole power system. With broaden of power system size and elevation of voltage class, the effects caused by substation accident become more and more serious. How to realize the safe operation state of substation in real-time, rapidly find out abnormity in accident preliminary stage and provide resolution to prevent the farther expand of accident or abnormity are common concerned problems of substation workers and remote dispatch workers. In this case, a security monitoring system of substation operation with perfect construction and function is designed in this thesis through summing up the research status quo in the relevant areas of the substation security operation monitoring and combining the existing monitoring condition of substation. Generally, the security monitoring systems of substation operation can be considered as an subsystem of the substation automation system. Firstly, the research status quo in the relevant areas of the substation security operation monitoring is summarized, and a design conceive of the security monitoring system of substation operation is proposed through analyzing the existing problem of substation monitoring system. This paper proposes a hierarchical model of the security monitoring system, and analyzes each function module and the key technology in detail. At the same time, the concept of knowledge flow is bring forward and the directions of data flow, information flow and knowledge flow are described. Chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter 5 deal with the implementation of the system. First, the work of clustering is carried out based on analyzing multiple information resource. This paper analyzes the obtain course of power equipments'state information and proposed the concept of equipment abnormity ratio to resolve the obtain problem of information flow. And then the problem of abnormity information resolution in security monitoring is analyzed from the view point of security knowledge flow by using expert system combined with fuzzy theory. The purpose is to find out abnormity in preliminary stage, confirm abnormity equipment, and prevent the farther expand of accident or abnormity. And the simulation is carried out with development tool INTEMOR to validate the analysis method and process. At last, the online security assessment in this system is investigated. This paper proposed some assessment indexes of substation safe operation, and analyzes an application aspect of the assessment result. At the end of this thesis, the main results of the research are summarized. The further work is pointed out as well.
