Engineering Project Construction Quality Management Research In Huozhou Coal Power Group Coal Preparation Plant

In recent years, coal is one of the most used energy resources in the process of increasingly accelerated industrialization, a unbalance development trend about its production, supply and consumption are gradually appear. The phenomenon are frequently produced by the shortage of coal supply in some areas because of the increasingly prominent local structural contradictions. The coal preparation plant is an efficient and convenient energy conversion facility. It can not only improve the quality of products coal, but reduce the amount of harmful substances contained in coal and reduce air pollution. However, some problems that the schedule of construction is ensured in the constructed process of coal preparation plant, and the quality of construction is ignored, are frequently arised, leading to series of serious consequences. This not only can affect the quality of products coal but directly influence competitivenes of coal enterprises in markets. Meanwhile, engineering project construction quality management of coal preparation plant engineering project is still in the state of extensive management, which lack of a systematic method about quality management. Therefore, to study a method about engineering project construction quality management of coal preparation plant to effective control is very meaningful.The engineering project construction quality management of the Pang-Pang tower coal preparation plant in Huozhou coal power group is choosed as research subject in this paper. First, some theories and method used in this paper are described. Second, a WBS method which is suitable for the engineering project construction quality management in Huozhou coal power group coal preparation plant is developed by combinding with WBS method on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the construction quality management of coal preparation plant. All the work in the process of project construction quality management are subdivided by this method, and their respective duty are defined. Finally, through a series of analysis about the practical application of the proposed method at different stages of coal preparation plant engineering project construction, the validity of this method in the application of engineering project construction quality management is verified, which not only can help to evade effectively the quality problems but provide a framework and reference for engineering project construction quality management of coal preparation plant in furture.
