Electric load simulator is a loading device using motor as executing components servo, used to simulate aircraft rudder surface force under the laboratory environment. It is a ground semi physical simulation system. With the development of national defense, higher precision and dynamic performance of the actuator are required, and the accuracy and dynamic performance of the electric loading system are needed to improve. At first, the paper introduces the background of the filed, knew the condition of servo loading research and the development of related technology. It introduces the overall solution design of the system, the selection and working principle of important components in this system. Then it describes the basic structure of servo loading system, and represent the mathematical model of the system. The hardware circuit design of each component is introduced in detail in this paper. Starting from the core control chip and gradually expanded to the peripheral circuit, this paper introduces the structure of the important role in the peripheral circuit, and gives the analysis and explanation. Mainly includes the core controller of the circuit, power module, signal conditioning circuit, bridge acquisition circuit, position and speed detection circuit, current and voltage detection circuit, etc. This paper introduces the composition and design principles of the system software, and the program design of the main function modules is also presented. At last, the simulation results show that this loading system is fast and accurate, verifying the feasibility and validity of design of system.
