Servo control system as a key component of navigation in areas of ships, aircraft and missiles wide range of applications. Steering gear of this paper is designed for guided missiles,the principle is based on the control command signal for driving the rudder deflection, thus controlling the position and flight track. Therefore, the servo system performance directly affects the missile hit the target precision, reliability and stability. Therefore, the servo missile test various performance parameters is very important, in order to accurately measured servo performance parameters, required under limited conditions servo load simulation, this paper is in this environment topics of.Since the test requirements of this article needs a simple structure, high precision, so the design of a mechanical load simulator, since the conventional mechanical load simulator huge volume, and can not achieve any power load, so this mechanical structure optimized to achieve a high precision indicators, but also to make up for the shortcomings of the mechanical load simulator to load arbitrary power. In this paper, load simulator design some key techniques are studied, the following key elements:Firstly, some of the load simulator has been a lot of investigation and research, indicators for steering the subject you want to test a set of complete design, including hardware systems,such as structural layout, system. In the mechanical structure design of the system, the paper for each of these factors could affect steering performance test in detail the size and structure of the design, and one of the key components of the ANSYS static analysis and the overall modal analysis, We completed the basic design of the whole system.Secondly, load simulation system and servo system mathematical model, by Simulink simulation analyzes the factors affecting system performance to be optimized in the system design. Finally, on the self-load simulation test system designed for various characteristics of the steering gear was tested experiments, and test results are analyzed. At the end of this paper summarizes the research content of this paper introduces the research results of this project,proposed in the future should improve the problem, and future prospects.
