| The long research period,high cost and low commissioning efficiency of ships,missiles and aircraft,which are the cutting-edge equipment of national military,have been the challenges that need to be solved.The rudder unit is an important part of the navigation control system and is widely used in ships,missiles and airplanes.Therefore,each performance index of the rudder will be directly related to the reliability and stability of its operation.To obtain accurate performance parameters of the rudder under the condition of limitation,it is necessary to perform load simulation.In this study,we focus on the load simulator.The details are as follows:(1)Firstly,the design idea of the load simulator measurement and control system is described,followed by the design of the load simulator measurement and control system in this paper using the real-time nature of Twin CAT software.Finally,the working mechanism of the load simulator measurement and control system is briefly described.(2)A mathematical model of the key components of the load simulator system was created and imported into Simulink software for integration.By setting up an interactive file of the human-machine interface data,the individual models were then merged to form a load simulator simulation model,while the load simulator motion characteristics were analysed.(3)The test bench of the load simulator is built,and the three aspects of the test bench,the electrical installation and the software system,are described in detail.The design of the software system,the real-time load simulation system and the human-machine interaction service system,is also presented.(4)By comparing the test data with the results of the load simulator model simulation,the correctness of the load simulator model is confirmed,thus proving that the simulation model can well simulate the load simulator operating conditions.It is also possible to commission the equipment on this basis,which improves the efficiency of commissioning,shortens the commissioning cycle and saves costs... |
