The sonar generator is an integral part of the sonar system development process.It plays an important role in the sonar system test and performance analysis,and is the key test equipment in the sonar system.The main content of this paper is to design an electrical simulator hardware platform that can meet the debugging needs of a variety of sonar systems.In this thesis,through the analysis of the system design requirements,the overall idea of system design is given: the electrical simulator hardware system of this paper makes full use of the excellent file management capability and function expansion capability of the embedded Linux system based on ARM processor and FPGA.Advantages in logic development and parallel data processing enable multi-channel,real-time,waveform-diversified sonar signal electrical simulators.It relies on the network communication between the host computer and the embedded Linux system to realize the instruction control and data transmission of the electric simulator hardware platform,and realizes the fast reading of the stored data through the parallel transmission interface between the ARM processor and the FPGA.And adopt modularized signal channel design concept,according to the actual situation,it is convenient and quick to increase or decrease the number of signal channels,and improve the versatility and expandability of the whole system.In this paper,an electrical simulator hardware platform based on core control unit,network communication interface,external memory,data transmission interface,data digital-to-analog conversion unit,signal conditioning unit and power management unit is established.The electric simulator software system based on network communication module,signal generation module,data transmission module and data transmission module is designed.Through the network port for command control,parameter setting and data transmission of the host computer,the embedded Linux system based on the ARM processor completes the signal generation work,and transmits data between the EMIFA interface and the FPGA;The logic timing of the D/A interface is written based on the Verilog language to complete the buffering and transmission of the signal data of the electric simulator.Establish a signal synchronization mechanism for signal synchronization requirements in the commissioning phase of multiple sonar systems.In this paper,the function of the hardware platform of the electric simulator is tested,and the electric connection test is carried out with a vector aray active detection system and a passive detection system.The positioning system in the joint test verifies the settlement result of the target trajectory generated by the received sonar electric simulator.The feasibility and reliability of the sonar electric simulator confirmed that the sonar electrical simulator hardware system in this paper met the expected requirements.
