Research On The Spatial Structure Optimization Of Xinqiu District Based On The Industrial Development

Since the 1990 s, as China's sustained economic growth and urbanization pace, most of the resource-based cities in our country is facing with the resources exhaustion and the ecological environment deterioration, and urban economic development has affected severely. Therefore, resource-based city carries on the economic transformation and realize the sustainable development through the development of alternative industries. Among them, the transformation of space is the important one ring to realize the transformation of the city, but because of the lagging of the spatial structure evolution,need to artificial adjust and optimize the space, to make urban space and industrial structure adjustment, environmental regulation, urban and rural development to establish a link. Otherwise, unreasonable urban spatial structure will hinder the transformation and development of the city.Xinqiu district is an important coal mining base in China, after nearly a century of resources exploitation, regional coal resources dried up,and city backward, economic recession, industrial development is taken into the transition period. Since 2001 began to explore the transformation of industry, and achieved certain results, in recent years, new energy, food processing, coal chemical industry, equipment manufacturing, new building materials and a number of advantageous industries are growing. But for a long time, extensive resources utilization and land development mode and poor awareness of environmental protection, caused the imbalance of ecological system and land use structure confusion, lack of public infrastructure and other issues. The contradiction between development and spatial structure of the city industry have become increasingly prominent, seriously restrict the development of the industry. The optimization strategy of the spatial structure under Xinqiu district industry development, conforms to the economic situation and the development needs.Firstly, introduce about basic research,of the industrial development and the spatial structure as a theoretical guidance to the optimization of spatial structure of Xinqiu district. Secondly, analyze the present situation of industrial and spatial structure of Xinqiu district. Then, focuses on the impact of industrial development on spatial structures. Finally, the development trend of industry as the background in the new period, put forward the optimization strategy of the spatial structure of coal.In the course of study, the contradictions between the present situation and the spatial structure is the main contradiction are irrational industrial structure led to confusion in the space layout, low industry concentration hinder the construction of infrastructure, industrial structure level low control spatial structure optimization.In this paper, the innovation of industry development in the decisive factor as the breakthrough point, analysis of the impact of industrial development on various aspects of space structure.In the backdrop of the industry development trend in the new period. on the basis of the industrial development's influence on the spatial structure,put forward the spatial structure optimization path of build "Multi-Center,Compact,Network” space development pattern, establish "A Main Auxiliary, Point Axis Linkage" space layout structure, coordination of urban functional partition layout, adjust structure of urban construction land, perfect inside and outside city traffic system, build green open space system.
