Industrial park of spatial layout affects the production efficiency,production management and the industrial chain of cohesion between enterprises,etc.Land in our country is more and more nervous,the environment is more and more bad,the phenomenon such as severe waste of natural resources,how to use industrial park and reasonable space layout,realize the economical and intensive use of land,protect the ecological environment,repetition and efficient use of natural resources,increase productivity,extends the industrial chain,etc.,is the research purpose of this paper.This paper based on the circulation economic theory,the ecological expatiates how to apply circular economy industrial park,sums up the development of circular economy industrial park at home and abroad and the research trend,summarizes the research achievements of previous scholars and experts,deeply realize the important position of the circulation economy in the park layout,the industrial park of spatial layout and economic development generated to circular economy industrial chain as the guidance.This article first through the field investigation,data collection and planning practice of combining the methods of guangxi sisal-forest circulation space layout of the status quo of science and technology industrial park is analyzed,find out the main problems and related factors affecting the development of industrial park.Then according to the theory of circular economy,circulation of science and technology industrial park of guangxi sisal-forest from space layout structure and function of land use layout,road traffic network and the landscape environment several aspects,such as adjusting park space layout.This paper closely combines the theory and practice,the theory of circular economy throughout,in circulation in the technology industry in guangxi sisal-forest park space layout and the analysis of focus on starting from the practice,according to the localization,the industrial development,the production process,the industrial chain,etc.,according to the theory of circular economy,by the method of urban planning and design,optimization of guangxi sisal cycle-forest science and technology industrial park of space layout,promote the sustainable development of the industrial park,at the same time can provide certain guidance for other park planning.
