The Study On Pavement Design In Urban-park Based On Environmental Psychology

With the development of the city, the park as an urban space node, provides a venue for people’s social communication, culture and leisure and recreational activities and also has brought conveniences for people to understand the society, understand the nature and enjoy modern life. The development of city park is one of the main contents of urban ecological civilization construction, and is also an important part of urban ecological system construction and urban landscape construction.In city parks, landscape pavement is an important part of the entire park landscape. It can not only carry the traffic, but also play a part to divide boundaries, organize spaces and guide the people flow and constitute landscapes, with a direct impact on the overall effect on the park. But the current-urban park landscape pavement design just simply satisfies the safety and easy operation functions, ignoring the psychological needs such as comfortable degrees and pleasure senses walking on the pavement landscape, leading to the popular phenomena that there are the not high environment quality and low public satisfaction generally in the park landscape.In order to achieve overall optimization of the park landscape, this paper introduces the related theories of environmental psychology, and has carried on the simple elaboration of the environmental psychology knowledge, analyzing the cognitive process of the people on the environment, interactions between the environment and the behavior, psychological safety demand, and has pointed out the practical implications of these theories in the urban-park landscape pavement design. From behavior and psychological characteristics of the perspective of behavior and psychological characteristics and demands of the tourists in different age levels, it has analyzed the mutual relationship between the pavement color, material, configuration and scale and other attributes and psychological perception of people in different space designs, and has carried out the evaluation on the park landscape pavement in Hefei city combined with the questionnaire survey aiming at visitors to collect valid data and conduct the analysis and the summarization to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the park landscape pavement and the enjoying difference of the different visitors on the urban-park pavement landscape and the reason for this, then reaching rather comprehensive evaluation results on the urban-park landscape pavement, and in order to understand the psychological needs of tourists, it provides a reference for the future construction of the urban-park pavement landscape. Finally, from the perspective of environmental psychology, it has extended the relevant theory of pavement design to the actual cases, and has systematically summarized the pavement design laws to provide guidance for the future design.
