Research Of Urban Distribution Network Planning Of Jinzhou

City distribution network is an important part of the power system,a bridge between the electrical supply and the load.It’s also an important base of the city modernize construction.This paper had a research on the plan of JinZhou’s distribution network including the present situation analysis,the load forecasting,the distribution network planning of urban power network and the reliability check of the planning.Starting with the lines, transformers, circuit breakers and other major equipment and aspects of network structure, high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution network of Jinzhou City are evaluated with the application of quantification of transformer capacity, line losses,voltage drop, reactive power, load rate data and ’N-1’ verification. First the problem in the present distribution network were pointed out with the specific analysis of the present middle voltage distribution network.And then based on the historical data of electric power and the current trend of the economic development in JinZhou,the load level in the programming year(2016) was confined through the trend extrapolation and electricity consumption method of power grid of load forecasting measures for the transition were proposed.Finally according to the results of the trend calculation,the reliability check and the economic estimation of the plan were given.
