Study On Urban Distribution Network Planning Of Zhangjiagang

City distribution network is an important part of the power system, a bridge between the electrical supply and the load. It's also an important base of the city modernize construction. With the rapid development of the economy, the distribution network construction seriously lags behind the main network construction in many cities, which doesn't satisfy the requirement that the distribution network should appropriately exceed the local economy development. So rational planning and effective construction of the distribution network is a main way to settle the conflict between the supply and requirement, and to improve the reliability of power supply. And it will create great economical benefit and social benefit.This paper had a research on the plan of ZhangJiagang's distribution network including the present situation analysis, the load forecasting, the distribution network planning of urban power network and the reliability check of the planning. First the problems in the present distribution network were pointed out with the specific analysis of the present middle voltage distribution network. And then based on the historical data of electric power and the current trend of the economic development in ZhangJiagang,the load level in the programming year (2015) was confirmed through several methods of load forecasting. Then in consideration of actuality, a viable network planning was intrdouced and the corresponding measures for the transition were proposed. Finally according to the results of the trend caculation, the reliability check and the economic estimation of the plan were given.
