With the reform and development of colleges and universities in China,the scale of campus is expanding and the power consumption is increasing year by year.The reliability of campus distribution network needs to be re-evaluated.At the same time,with the development of new energy generation technology and the increase of electric vehicles,the rationality of campus distribution network planning is put forward higher requirements.Therefore,in order to make the campus distribution network truly adapt to the development of colleges and universities and meet the needs of normal activities of teachers and students,this paper studies the campus distribution network planning scheme.According to the characteristics and needs of a university campus in Nanjing and the development status of power supply planning at home and abroad,this paper studies and puts forward a campus distribution network planning scheme which can effectively reduce energy consumption,be stable and reliable,have reasonable structure,manage efficiently and maintain cost inexpensively.In summary,the main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)This paper studies the current situation of campus distribution network planning both inside and outside the school.Through the analysis of its network structure,line load rate,power supply radius,N-1 inspection and other aspects,it draws the main problems existing in the campus distribution network,and puts forward some solutions.(2)This paper analyses and calculates the campus electricity load level,uses load density method to forecast the long-term load,uses S-curve mathematical model to forecast the short-term load,and predicts the construction area of photovoltaic power generation system according to the available resources of campus roof land,which provides a basis for the power supply planning of campus distribution network.(3)In view of the existing problems of off-campus distribution network,according to the existing typical distribution network wiring mode,the capacity and wiring mode of substation are re-planned.Aiming at the existing problems of campus distribution network,the reliability analysis and line loss calculation of the network structure of campus distribution network are carried out by using the power system simulation analysis software(CYME)to establish the model.According to the calculation results,the investment estimation is made,and finally the campus distribution network planning scheme is determined.(4)The scheme of photovoltaic power generation system and electric vehicle charging pile connecting to campus distribution network is studied.Through the analysis of network loss,voltage drop,economy and reliability of photovoltaic power generation system,the scheme of centralized photovoltaic power generation system accessing campus distribution network is determined.Finally,an effective expansion plan for the location and power of new charging piles is proposed.
