Research On Medium And Low Voltage Distribution Network Planning Based On Reliability

Scientific and reasonable network planning is to ensure that the future of small city power system security, reliability,economy of the prerequisite. Reliability assessment is an important part of power system planning, network planning module is one of the most important. Through the power supply reliability assessment can provide the policy-making basis for the power system planning,design,very strong for the future power grid construction has guiding significance. This paper makes a deep research on the theory of distribution network planning based on reliability, introduces the current situation analysis of power grid analysis method and content, and proposed a comprehensive reflection of the distribution network reliability index, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the methods of load forecasting and the respective applicable scope, in accordance with the planning standards based distribution network, plan the distribution network, and at the same time, evaluate the reliability of distribution network line loss and anti disaster ability.This thesis takes Shaoxing Qianqing town as an example,in-depth analysis of the structure of the targe area distribution network,using the spatial load forecastingand prediction method to predict the social planning area total power consumption,maximum load data,and with a variety of reliability index as the basis,the planning and construction of the modernization of a rational structure of distribution network.
