With the recent rapid development of China's logistics industry is gradually rapid transition to a modern and large-scale development, thus establishing a large-scale logistics park is particularly important. In particular, the total social logistics in Inner Mongolia in 2014 reached 3.5 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.74%. However, compared with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other southeast coastal economically developed cities, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in spite of key materials as a resource province, coal, chemicals, iron and steel, machinery, food and other Sinotrans domestic demand, but the logistics infrastructure points scattered, intensification is not high, poor convergence multiple transportation modes, development is not mature enough, the autonomous region has been restricting the development of the logistics industry scale, the level of modernization of the existing logistics park has not been fundamentally improved, seriously hindered the pace of economic development in the region. Railway is still the main mode of transport in long-distance transport of goods in our country, it plays an important role in national economic development. Therefore, the study of railway logistics park planning and operations management for the promotion of the role of China's overall logistics industry is enormous, but such research is at the present stage of China's logistics industry trend can not be reversed. In Hohhot, for example, although the city has a large logistics companies, but has more than 10,000 square meters of warehousing and logistics base for only about 15 companies, as the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the country's major regional node cities, yet within the city there is a national, regionalization, intensive logistics center, and therefore the city has great potential for development of logistics and warehousing industries. Hohhot Railway Bureau, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as major railway operating companies, closely around the country "along the way" strategy and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, "8337" development strategy, building the country's largest rail transport of modern integrated logistics park- sand good logistics park. Article depth study of the background and significance of the subject, describes the research status at home and abroad at this stage, an objective analysis of the status quo Hohhot logistics development, and analyzed for the logistics park development process problem. From Hohhot advantage, geographical environment, natural resources, logistics products, traffic conditions to start, the objective set forth the basic functions of railway logistics park, characteristic analysis, development status, on the basis of combined logistics industry planning theory and practice experience, in Hohhot City in the planning and construction of sand good rail logistics park, to provide better services for economic and social development of the region, has practical significance. In the sand good logistics park planning and design, site selection should focus on in-depth research, overall planning, aspects of internal planning, road planning, landscape planning, public facilities planning. In solving the problem of management for future operations in the form of sand good logistics park, comparative analysis of the domestic and international logistics park operation mode, accurate positioning of the park features, in-depth analysis of factors affecting operations, science operations to build the index system, evaluation methods Selection of operation mode and clear propose transport organization. Research results will provide theoretical reference Hohhot Railway Bureau to develop and optimize the logistics park operating mode.
