| This paper completed a systematic planning and design solution of logistics park for automobile parts,which is marked by the output of complete solutions,including planning methods,logistics chain planning,transportation and warehousing planning,process and IT planning,operation and management planning,and it is reproducible logistics planning experience.FAW-Volkswagen’s Chengdu plant has turned from planning to reality in the context of the booming Chinese auto industry,aiming at the goal of Volkswagen Group’s global sales of 10 million,and built it with the perfect factory concept of Volkswagen.As a strategic partner of FAW-Volkswagen,FAW Logistics provides complete parts logistics solutions for the latter to ensure production continious as the first goal,and continuously improve efficiency and optimize costs under the premise of achieving quality requirements.The system concept used in this paper consists of two major categories: Toyota production mode and Volkswagen perfect logistics mode.These two global automakers have adopted advanced concept design,excellent planning,strong donwto-earth and operation capabilities.Becoming a global benchmark,researching,analyzing,and using these design theories,combined with business assumptions and constraints,will result in a reliable,high-quality logistics park solution.Comprehensive use of several planning methods,including five-factor planning method,IOP planning theory,KCP management,etc.,combined with the automobile manufacturing process and the actual business parameters of the Chengdu plant,the analysis of the function definition of the logistics park,as well as the upstream and downstream of the process The large cycle and small cycle supply mode,analyzes five modes of transportation and three types of distribution methods,and demonstrates the supply methods suitable for five categories of parts.In terms of warehousing planning,taking the basic database as the starting point,the objectives and constraints of the warehousing business are analyzed,and advanced methods such as constrained random storage,modular FIFO method,fixed point replenishment method,storage and sorting separation are obtained.This paper not only designs from the perspective of planning field,but also from the actual operation,with the information system as the carrier,expounds the appeal and implementation methods in the business management process,and relies on the WMS system in process management,information collection and analysis,decision support,etc.The ability,enumerated dozens of quality,efficiency-related KPIs or data,proposed potential failure modes and countermeasures,and completed the overall planning and design of the entire business chain. |
