Shuangyashan To Russian Logistics Park Development Planning Study

Shuangyashan City rose due to coal. The development of regional economy has been oriented toward resource exploitation for a long time, with the industrial economic structure maladjusted. A large number of economic resources are not fully utilized, which leads to low economic efficiency and low-level state. To adjust and optimize the industrial structure and achieve the sustainable development of regional economy, the government of Shuangyashan City seizes the historic opportunity actively when China government turns the opening-up policy to Russia into the national strategy, and Russia are accelerating the development of the Far East area and upgrading the strategic cooperative partnership with China to accelerate the establishment and improvement of the system of trade market of Russia and to open up the trade channel. As the vanguard of economic development, modern logistics especially the Russian logistics confronts a historic opportunity.This paper mainly introduces the historical evolution and current situation of Russian logistics development in Shuangyashan City, analyzing the main problems, the development prospect and its significance objectively. Based on the above analysis and research, this paper carries out the research and analysis on the development strategies of the Russian logistics in Shuangyashan City.The purpose of this study is to take the region economy development strategy of Shuangyashan City as an opportunity to explore the transformation and accelerate the development of modern logistics industry.In particular, the study makes objective analysis on Russian logistics and puts forward opinions and suggestions to improve the functions of logistics system and to make contributions to the improvement of the quality of economic operation.
