Electro hydraulic servo valve is the key component of electro hydraulic servo system.Its performance directly determines the realization of the function and its related characteristics of servo system.2D digital servo valve invented by Zhejiang University of technology has been successfully applied in the field of aviation and aerospace ships because of the simple structure,high precision,fast response,strong anti-pollution and many other advantages.The wet-torque motor designed this time is the innovative research on the basis of the mature 2D valve.The new 2D servo valve take the torque motor as the electro-mechanical converter.It makes the output shaft of the motor and the spool into one.The spool of servo valve will achieve axial movement though the rotational movement of the torque motor.Thus it can obtain the servo control of the flow.The main contents and results are as following:1.The structural design of electro hydraulic servo valve.The structural design of electro hydraulic servo valve mainly includes the valve body,the sensor and the key design of the electro mechanical converter.The design target: The rated flow rate of the servo valve is40L/min,The angular displacement of wet motor is Plus or minus 1 degrees.2.Magnetic circuit modeling and simulation optimization of wet torque motor.The equation of static and dynamic shows that when The load torque is 0.The deflection angle is proportional to the input current.With the increase of magnetic flux that the damping coefficient increases,making the most significant effect on the frequency characteristics.And the magnetic flux is associated with the magnetic air gap and the path and materials.The magnetic circuit simulation verifies the correctness of the principle of the torque motor and determine the proper number of coils and suitable current value of wet-torque motor and get the relationship between the air gap size and the output torque through the simulation in MAXWELL.Finally a suitable spring bar scheme is established through the analysis of theforce and deformation of the spring rod of the different schemes.3.Experimental study on wet-torque motor.In order to make sure that the principle of structural design,the function of the relevant parts and the influence of different parameters on the performance of the torque motor,a special experimental device was set up.Experimental results show that: The spool produce an angular displacement of plus or minus0.83 degrees and bandwidth(-3db,-90 degree)is 90 Hz when the magnet material is Nd-Fe-B52 and the size of air gap is 0.75 mm and putting the 0.5A current into the single coil,The spool will produce an angular displacement of plus or minus 0.9 degrees and bandwidth(-3db,-90 degree)is 180 Hz when the magnet material is Nd-Fe-B 52 and the size of air gap is0.5 mm and putting the 0.5A current into the single coil.
