The tester is a kind of essential experimental equipment in the process of teaching of any science and engineering subject, how the function of testers can be conformed will influence the teaching effects and how the theoretical knowledge can be mastered by students. The electro-hydraulic servo proportional integrated tester is a large piece of experimental equipment which has been designed, researched and debugged. In the process of teaching, many relative experiments in Electro-hydraulic Proportional Control Technology and Automatic Control Principle can be done on it, which is extremely helpful and useful to the theoretical teaching.Valve-controlled hydraulic motor system can be regarded as a typical valve-controlled symmetry cylinder (motor) system, as both of them have similar methods of analyzing and simulating. Closed-looped controlling style is adopted in this valve-controlled hydraulic motor system, and proportion valves are used as controlling components, hydraulic motor as output components, a variety of sensors as feedback components, based on which the linear mathematical model of this valve-controlled hydraulic motor system can be established. And the simulation of this system can be done by SIMULINK software package in MATLAB, through which the dynamic and static characteristics can be calculated. To be specific, under an input of typical step signal, various performance indicators of this valve-controlled hydraulic motor system have been calculated, and the stability and error have also been analyzed. In order to get rational controlling parameters, the damping ratio and natural frequency have been adjusted. A large variety of experiments, such as analysis of dynamic characteristics, frequency characteristics, stability and error, can be done on this tester. Moreover, researches on controlling strategy and controlling arithmetic can also be conducted on it.The hydraulic system of this tester is concise, and it is compatible with the computer detecting and controlling system, thus its function can be conformed optimally and a large variety of experiments can be conducted on it, and the cost of this tester can be reduced to a large extent. This electro-hydraulic proportional integrated experimental tester will bring inspiration and serve as a reference to the development and innovation of relative products, and provide new ideas for the design of other testers.
