In order to eliminate the misconceptions in understanding of green industrial construction, sets up the scientific development concept of green industrial construction, promote the promotion and development of green industrial construction, the evaluation research on the whole life cycle cost of green industrial construction project is particularly important.a study on evaluation of different green industrial construction project is presented in this paper, on the basis of relevant theories, to the idea of green environmental protection as a starting point,the whole life cycle cost theory as the guiding ideology, evaluation of the construction project on different green industry.This article first to understand future progress of the industrial construction, and to study the overall development of green industrial construction at home and abroad present situation and the existing project evaluation system.The green industrial construction is divided into five stages based on the theory of whole life cycle, And according to the cost construction in every stage, analyze the influencing factors of cost.Through expert questionnaire and principal component analysis outlines seven factors which are the greatest influence factors.
