With the promotion and use of electric vehicles, DC electrical energy meter which has been applied to the measurement for vehicle battery charge energy or discharge energy, is inevitable trend.Corresponding DC electrical energy meter calibration are also presented in the metrological management level.It is urgent need of a complete set of measurement verification device.Therefore, my research team designed a set of calibration devicefor electrical vehicle charger DC energy meter.The actual test and field test show that the calibration device is reliable and its function and performances meet the State Grid Corporation of enterprise standard Q/GDW1826-2013 DC energy meter calibration device technical specifications,whose accuracy level can be reached 0.1. It shows that the verification equipment can effectively test and calibrate the 1.0 DC electrical energy meter's metrological performances.Comprehensively assesses the performance measurement of DC electrical energy meter.By analyzing the research status of the high power DC energyr meter verification device,combining with the characteristics of the field test,the thesis designs a calibration device which is used for high voltage and high current DC electrical energy meter,which is based on high speed mixed signal C8051F064 microcontroller ISPFLASH and composed of a standard power supply, standard electric energy meter and control system.The thesis consists 5 parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly introducees the related technical specifications of DC energy meter introducted by the relevant administrative departments in China, the research status and the development trend of the DC energy meter calibration device,as well as the main work of the thesis.The second chapter puts forward the problems that needed to be solved in the field test.Details the basic theory in the filed of energy meter verification,the basic composition of the verification device, the principle and the system's hardware configuration.Finally, puts forward the overall design scheme of the system. In the third chapter, the hardware circuit of the design of DC standard electric energy meter is introduced in detail.firstly introduces the overall design specifications and functions of the standard energy meter,and then introduces the overall structure of the standard energy meter and the circuits of the functional modules,as well as the reliability design of the system.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the control system of the verification equipment and writes the relevant program of the system services. The fifth chapter details the application of device.Experients validates the project indicators of the electric energy meter starting, creeping, basic error, effection of input voltage, measurement stability, gives the experience datas, analyzes and summarizes the results.At last, summarizes the innovation and deficiency of this thesis, and points out the key points and prospects of the research work in the next stage.
