With the promotion and use of electric vehicles,DC electrical energy meter which has been applied to the measurement for vehicle battery charge energy or discharge energy,is inevitable trend.Corresponding DC electrical energy meter calibration are also presented in the metrological management level.It is urgent need of a complete set of measurement verification method.This dissertation poses a higher requirement upon the metrological verification of electric energy meter at charging station,in that the accuracy of metering device may be affected by the electric power quality generated from electric cars switching and charging at charging station.Moreover,electric cars' charging stations are provincially distributed on a wide scale with low density,and on the other hand,the examining of conventional metrological verification device mainly resorts to manual completion on locale,based on which problems like lacking in examining frequency,inaccuracy,and inefficiency of examining on locale occur.Given that the electric energy meter is examined by the metrological verification device unverified for long period,it may lead to the economic lost of enterprise and dearth of good service.This dissertation proposed a new online examining method of metrological verification device of the charging station of electric cars.The period verification procedures of smart meter calibration equipment require suspension of the routine detection process,and it is difficult to increase the verification frequency and difficult to timely uncover the inaccuracy of smart meter calibration equipment.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a new online verification method of smart meter calibration equipment.Based on central limit theorem and bayes hierarchical model,this method utilizes real-time detection data of same-batch smart meters from electric vehicle charging station and constructs a high accuracy virtual standard meter.Through this virtual standard meter,the measurement error of the calibration equipment is verified online and the verification of smart meter calibration equipment under the detection process of smart meters is accomplishment.In addition,the results of simulation tests and field experiments show this method is able to accomplish frequent verification tasks without affecting the routine calibration process,thus demonstrates the superiority of this method under large-scale automatic detection mode.
