The Converter valve which can achieve the functional of AC-DC is the core components of UHVDC system and FACTS. The Converter valve will lead to large electromagnetic disturbance and may influence the proper functioning of control circuit. We establish the simulation model according to the real structure of Thyristor which was used in UHVDC system and IGBT which was uesd in FACTS. The analysis of dynamic characteristic on Thyristor and IGBT was in this paper. We establish the simulation model of Thyristor and heatsinks and the valve module, and then we analysis the electromagnetic disturbance of those models lead to.The electromagnetic shielding effect of installation box was discussed. We establish the simulation model of one IGBT module and the valve module, and then we analysis the electromagnetic disturbance of those models lead to.The electromagnetic disturbance in different position of control circuit was discussed.We measure and analysis the electromagnetic disturbance of the Thyristor valve by the operation test of UHVDC.At last the anti-interference characteristics of control circuit was discussed by the radiated immunity tests.
