| Quantitative feeding machine is widely used in building material, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, coal, mining, tobacco, food and environment protection, etc. It is the ideal device for continuous weighing and feeding bulk materials. It can adapt to a variety of production environments. It can continuously feeding, measurement on the various lump, and powder material etc. Therefore, Efforts to improve the precision and automation degree of the feeding system has a very important practical significance. What’s more, combining the traditional mechanical system and computer control and using of mechanical and electrical integration technology is also conforming to the industrial development direction.First of all, in this paper a small electromagnetic vibrating feeder was designed and debugged that in order to make it work smoothly and continuously. Its actual feeding ability is4t/h. According to the ability to feed of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the impact flow-meter corresponding to the feeder was also designed in this paper. After analysis can be drawn the voltage generated by the flowmeter AC bridge is proportional to the the displacement of the iron core that means the electromagnetic vibration feeder instantaneous flow.Then, the Siemens S7-200PLC as measurement controller was used in this paper. The PLC controls the whole system by PID closed-loop. The current that output from the PLC will be inputted to the electric vibrator control box. The control box realizes adjust the electromagnetic vibration feeder amplitude. In addition, the WinCC configuration software was applied to design the system control interface which makes it more intuitively and conveniently to monitor, manage and control the running process.Finally, the system was calibrated and the maximum feeding of the feeder was determined by the experiment in this paper. The control performance of the system was also analyzed. Experimental results show that the effect of the dosing system is well. |
