Because of the narrow channel,limitation of water depth,more obstacles,large vessel destiny,less operating room,and many other adverse factors in port harbor waters,the possibility of ship collision and grounding accident is higher.The reason of ship collision accident is because when the ship was in imminent danger eventually both sides adopt improper measures;however,the reason of ship grounding accident is the ship deviates from the route for avoiding ships or other reasons and fails to get the warning in time.Thus,both emergency coordination of ship collision avoidance decision-making under the immediate danger and chart data quickly retrieve auxiliary decision in decision-making process are important contents of port waters ship intelligent research.Then applying the result of the study to maritime case analysis has important practical application value in investigate and handle the port waters maritime accident and scientific evaluation of the accident responsibility.The main work as follows:1?In-depth study of S-57 electronic chart data structures,analysis chart data organization and retrieval methods,then reorganize S-57 chart data,achieve quickly and reasonable chart data retrieval.Investigation and analysis obstruction avoidance handling method of ship in port waters,based on the optimization model of the rectangular area chart retrieval,utilize dynamic pick-up to get the electronic chart data,realize quickly retrieve of chart data and get the real-time warning for the ground.2?Based on the coordinate collision avoidance of ship under imminent danger in wide water,put forward the ship encounter area characteristics(EAC)concept,divided port area into different areas;According to the shipping location to determine the EAC values,combining encountering characteristics(EC)of ship with relative bearing(RB)to confirm ship basic encounter situation in port area.determine different coordinate collision avoidance handling scheme of ship in immediate danger in port area by Investigation and analysis collision avoidance handling method of ship in port area;Apply relative motion geometric analysis and simulation methods to achieve coordination collision avoidance decision table of ship in imminent danger.3?Using C++ programming technology integrates coordination Collision Avoidance decision-making scheme and chart fast retrieval algorithm into Personifying Intelligent Decision-making for Vessel Collision Avoidance(PIDVCA),then further expand PIDVCA algorithm for port waters,and link with Ship Intelligent Handle and Control simulation platform by the ways of dynamic link library.Through the design of the typical situation in experiment scheme verify the effectiveness of the coordination collision avoidance algorithm.4?Discuss on the plan that the ship intelligent collision avoidance auxiliary decision system application in maritime accident analysis.Select a maritime accident,and utilize SIHC simulation platform achieve this vessel accident simulation repetition,then,further realize correct collision avoidance in different stages by manual handling simulation,at last make use of intelligent PIDVCA algorithm for port area to make ship intelligent collision avoidance of the ship come true.
